From one of my birthday portrait sessions, you can expect to have lots of fun while getting those beautiful studio styled images you want. No stiff poses or forced smiles here.

I aim to capture the beauty and personality of your little one by providing guidance on where to position them along with prompts to get your little ones being themselves, cheekiness, and all. They can feel comfortable in their own environment, and you can enjoy the process without the stress and pressure of travelling to a studio.

What to expect from your photo shoot

Everything you need to know about your photo shoot.

Before your photo shoot

Once you have booked your photoshoot with me, we can plan it together. From backgrounds to props and outfits, as much or as little guidance as you need. It can be ballons, cake smash and splash, favourite toys, or simple timeless photos of this stage in their development. Or maybe even all the above. Lots of fun whichever you choose, and it doesn’t have to stop there, keep up the tradition each year and watch how they grow and change with each orbit of the sun. If you don’t have any specific ideas in mind, I can help you choose the style and colour scheme to best suit your little one and your home. This creates imagery completely personalised to you.

On the day of your photo shoot

On the day of your session, I’ll help you and your little one feel at ease with guidance, prompts, tips, and tricks to best capture your little one’s personality. Entertaining the little ones, getting cheeky smiles and true character. This usually takes around an hour, sometimes a bit more or a bit less but I always make sure we’ve got the best shots while making sure your little one is having fun.

After your photo shoot

Next, I set to work creating your very own online viewing gallery. You can expect this one to two weeks after your photoshoot. It will have your images beautifully edited and ready to order. Choose with your family from the comfort of your home in your own time, no pressure. Choose from digital images, prints, wall art, and gifts. You’ll receive your digital images immediately. Products are delivered to your door as soon as they’re ready so you can get them straight up and on display.

How much does a photo shoot cost?

My packages start from £199 which includes a 1-2 hour photo shoot, use of backdrops and props (home photo shoots only), a digital gallery of your professionally edited images, and 5x hi-resolution digital images. Other packages are available with additional hi-resolution digital images and prints included. I ask for a £50 deposit when you book and the balance is payable on the day of your photo shoot.
